A Hen Do filled with laughter is the best kind of all, and our Olympic Shames will have you in stitches.

Like a naughty version of a school sports day, our Olympic Shames in Manchester will see you taking on games like twerk off, do your balls hang low, is it in yet? and headbanger... All of which are are rude and as cheeky as they sound!

You'll be divided into teams, with the winners being those who gain the most points. It isn't just completing the task that gets you points, it's also how you complete them!

At the end of the activity all the girls will get a bracelet as a memento.
