The emphasis is on fun, mearning and creating some fabulous dishes.
At the end of their session, hungry and fully relaxed, the group will sit down together and are served the gourmet food they have created.
A Typical menu consists of homemade fresh ravioli with spinach and ricotta, cheese served with brown butter and sage, pork stuffed with sun blushed tomatoes and marsala. The pork is typically served with butternut squash wrapped in pancetta and garlic and rosemary sauteed potatoes.
As for dessert, prepare for chocolate profiteroles with homemade creme patisserie, caramelised oranges topped with toasted almonds and limoncello.
