It's time for the Hen Olympic Shames!

If there's a better way to spend your hen do than in tears of laughter as your nearest and dearest make absolute idiots of themselves - we don't want to know about it! 

Because to us, nothing tops the competitive, fun and slightly ridiculous Olympic Shames activity.

You girls split into teams and go head to head in a number of naughty challenges, it's all for a good cause, the more shameful it is, the more points you'll score.

Like a naughty version of a school sports day, the Olympic shames will see you taking on games like twerk off, do your balls hang low, is it in yet? and headbanger, which are all as rude and as hysterically funny as they sound. 

Your event coordinator will split your hen party into two teams, don out the team colours,  tutus and headbands before you battle it out in a series of hen party games to be crowned the champion!
