When it comes to a Benidorm hen do, there are a few essentials: beaches, bars, and great nightlife. And Maximise can help you kickstart your Benidorm hen weekend from the moment you land, with our Luxury Airport Transfers before taking to the water on a Private Catamaran Cruise.
Benidorm really doesn’t do things by half-measures, particularly when it comes to the seaside hen do activities. If lazing on the beach doesn’t cut it for you, why not go Parasailing, ride in a Banana Boat or try to tame The Beast Speedboat.
Its name may literally translate into “sleep well”, but a hen weekend in Benidorm isn’t likely to give you much of a chance if you’re doing it right.
For your evening entertainment, get the Magic Mike Experience—a guaranteed show to remember! From there, you can move on to a beachfront club where you'll enjoy access to its VIP area and some quality time for drinks with the girls.
The party capital is Levante, where you’re always a stone's throw away from the beach or the bar. This is also where you'll find a never-ending Happy Hour and a bustling ‘English Square' where cheap drinks flow and drink discounts are in abundance. The best way to get your bearings is with our Smashed Bar Crawl, complete with a local guide. This gives you the opportunity to explore Benidorm's nightlife and get a feel for what you really like.
Other nightlife areas that impress our hen parties include Calle Mallorca and Calle Gerona or, for a short taxi ride, you can head to Avenida Communitat Valencia. This is the main street that cuts through the centre of Benidorm and boasts everything from the Palace Show and live music venues to super clubs.
To avoid being ripped off when trying to get around Benidorm on your hen do, you should always use licensed cab firms. The local taxi company is called Radio Taxi and, although they all operate on a fixed price basis, this can and often does vary. A number of regions throughout Benidorm also include a base fare and some will also fix a minimum fare regardless of how far you travel.
The fares tend to depend on the length of your journey and whether or not you have luggage, while night fares are also more expensive. All taxis must have current tariffs and supplements clearly visible, often stuck to the rear windows or behind the front seats. The meter ticks over according to distance, not speed, but will continue to run during traffic jams and at the traffic lights. You will also be charged if you leave your driver waiting too long at the start of your journey.
